ACC Portfolio Route

- Complete 60 hours of coach specific training
- Completion of 10 hours work with a qualified mentor coach
- Client coaching log documenting at least 100 hours of coaching
- 2 reference letters from qualified coaches
- Complete the ICF's oral exam

PCC Portfolio Route

- Complete 125 hours of coach specific training
- Completion of 10 hours work with a qualified mentor coach
- Client coaching log documenting at least 750 hours of coaching
- 2 reference letters from qualified coaches
- Complete the ICF's three-part portfolio exam

ACC and PCC ACTP Route

Completing the ITS European NLP Coaching Programme, and the additional steps as laid out opposite, means you meet all training, mentoring, reference and exam requirements for both levels of accreditation. All you need to do is document your coaching hours. The two required reference letters come in the form of one letter signed by Ian McDermott and Jan Elfline which accompanies your European NLP Coaching Programme certificate, and the second is the feedback you receive upon successful completion of the written and oral exams. Once you have been notified that you have successfully completed the exam process, you will have all that you need to submit directly to the ICF to become credentialed with them.

The cost of the exam process is included in the cost of the European NLP Coaching Programme commencing October 2008. Should you have graduated from the programme prior to this, separate fees apply. Please contact the ITS Head Office directly for details. Should retakes be required, additional fees will be applicable.
