Jason has a passion for change and a talent for bringing out the best in people and teams. His rich and varied business background ensures that the change leads to lasting long terms results for both the individuals and the organisation.

Some of the significant leadership roles and experiences which have shaped Jason's approach have included:

• Operations Manager at one of the UK's largest Oil Refineries
• Leading a Global Convenience Retail transformation programme, focusing initially on Germany, New Zealand, Poland and the US West Coast
• Vice President for HSE & Operations for a major part of BP's, fast growing business, including the pioneering ‘Alternative Energy' business.

His skill in developing People and Teams was consolidated in the role as the Head of Talent & Executive Education for a significant piece of BP, incorporating all of the fast growing niche businesses, and the global trading activities - encompassing a population of around 8,000. In this role he implemented a revolutionary leadership programme that has won plaudits from external companies. He was also responsible for delivering a world class talent programme and resourcing solution, as well as for coaching and assessing senior executives.

He is a seasoned coach and a mentor to many individuals and teams across a variety of businesses. His work has involved combining Charities and Public and Private Companies to create win-win solutions for the people and the organisations.

Jason has an honours degree in Chemical Engineering, is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and is a member of the Institute of Directors. He has studied Economics and Finance at London Business School and Strategic Breakthrough Thinking at Cranfield Business School. He is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, a graduate of Dialogos - who lead the field in Systems Thinking - and an accredited Insights facilitator. He has experience in a wide range of behavioural and organisational assessment tools to deliver both team and individual growth and performance.

Jason has a reputation for delivering breakthrough performance in individuals, teams and organisations. His approach has been developed based on over 15 years of experience in leadership roles in major blue chip manufacturing businesses, combined with studying coaching and systems thinking with some of the best minds and leading thinkers in the industry.
